Project Highlights

This project was a new building built by Squires and Partners to incorporate 4 floors of high end rented office space for hire with an open to public bar and restaurant located on the ground floor as well as having a members only area for office hot desking and entertaining. The brief for the look throughout this building was to maintain a similar design and image of the existing building 248 Ferndale Road whilst having subtle differences to give its own unique character.
