Project: Complete Refurbishment
Completed on time in April '06, this project involved the complete refurbishment of all mechanical and electrical services to the Maths & Science Institute including: New boiler room & boilers, new heating and hot water system, new supply & extract ventilation systems, air conditioning in seminar and meeting rooms (comfort air con system), new small power and lighting throughout, including sub mains and distribution boards, new communications room and new stand alone fire alarm system (L2)
