Electrical Small Works Supervisor

An additional Supervisor is required due to increased work load at one of our blue chip higher education clients within our small works division.

The applicant must have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience running multiple small works projects with values ranging from £1,000 – £50,000
  • Electrical qualifications
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience managing sub-contractors

Mechanical Project Supervisor

We require a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Major Work division to assist in the efficient completion of projects ranging from £100,000 – £1,500,000 within London. You will be required to be responsible on site for all mechanical packages.

The applicant must have the following:

  • Experience on projects with values ranging from £100,000 – £1,500,000
  • Mechanical qualifications
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience managing sub-contractors

Security Supervisor

We require a Security Supervisor to join our Fire & Security division to assist in the efficient completion of projects ranging from £1,000 – £50,000 within London. You will be required to be responsible on site for all security packages.

  • Experience running multiple projects with values ranging from £1,000 – £50,000
  • Electrical and security qualifications
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a Supervisory role
  • Experience managing sub-contractors

Security Engineer

An additional Security Engineer is required due to increased work load with our Securtiy division. The role primarily includes the carrying out breakdowns and small installations within our client base in the London area.

The applicant must have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Lenel access control systems at a minimum of entry level
  • Electrical and security qualifications
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
